LokmaniLal Awards For Excellence In Education - 2011

The awardees for the year 2011 were selected by an eminent jury comprising of the following members:
Shri Ashok Ganguli(Former Chairman CBSE, Delhi), Late Justice A . K . Yog (Retd. Judge, Allahabad High Court), Sri Rakesh Kumar Mittal (Retd. IAS Officer, President of Kabir Peace Mission, lucknow).
To commemorate his Birth Centenary, the teachers from various schools all over Uttar Pradesh were awarded with Lokmani Lal Awards for their excellence in teaching. There were various categories and winners as follows:

1 - Excellence Award for Life Time Achievement - Dr. Angad Singh, BNSD, Kapur.
2 - Excellence Award for School Teaching in Secondary School - Dr. meena Kumari, Varanasi.
3 - Excellence Award for School, Teaching in Primary Classes - Sh. Radhey Shyam Gupta, Agra.
4 - Excellence Award for Educating Economically underpreviledge Children -
         Smt. Gyan Kumari Jeet, Allahabad.
They were awarded with a cheque of Rs. 21000 and a memento.
